Suncoast Reinforcing, LLC, is a collaboration between Roger Struble, longtime industry owner and operator, and his group of CPAs, Kleshinski, Morrison & Morris, LLP, of Mansfield.
In his experience, Roger has come to understand that good financial information and enhanced decision making is the common thread among the top construction companies. As such, he sought out his partners to build a structure that ensures Suncoast stands out among its competitors.

Bio
JJ is a highly skilled construction professional with 25 years of experience in all aspects of construction management, including project planning, budgeting, and execution.
He has demonstrated success in overseeing large-scale construction projects and managing teams of up to 50 workers, and successfully managed multiple large-scale construction projects, each valued at over $10 million.
JJ coordinates with architects and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and also supervises teams of up to 100 workers to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Hunter Holt

Bio
Hunter Holt grew up in Pittsburgh, PA where he discovered his passion for steel and construction.
He went on to study Business Management at the University of Mount Union. During college, he interned at MAC Trailer as a salesman while playing on the Men’s Lacrosse Team.
After graduating, Hunter started his career at Lloyd Rebar LLC, a rebar fabricator in Shelby, Ohio. This led to his current position at Suncoast Reinforcing as Senior Estimator.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending his time outdoors – hunting, fishing, and golfing.
Pilar Pickett
Office Manager
Bio
Pilar Pickett graduated with an accounting degree in 2017 and embarked on a journey in the construction industry, starting as an accounting clerk with one of Cleveland’s largest general contractors.
There, she gained invaluable insights into the construction world, propelling her to join one of the fastest-growing minority-owned contracting companies, where she managed payroll and office operations, including AP, AR, union reporting for multiple trades, and construction administrative responsibilities.
Since November 2023, she has been eagerly serving as the Office Manager at Suncoast Reinforcing, applying her diverse skill set while continuing to learn and evolve. Beyond her professional pursuits, Pilar is a devoted Cleveland sports fan, space enthusiast, and proud mom of two boys.
